Two lovers emerge from a cozy den of poetry and intimacy to confront uncomfortable truths beneath the stars of a cold New York night. What starts with the foreshadowing poetry of Sappho continues beneath the stars and unveils the underlying dynamic which must be confronted so that they can integrate and move forward. Individual desires threaten the union of the couple, who reconnect through truth and forge their way into the future.
